We went to Truffles and Trifles last night for a Mini Techniques cooking class. At the beginning of the class, we introduced ourselves and told the cooks what we wanted to learn, then they spent some time teaching us basic knife techniques and other tips, then we went to make our feast! It was really good and I plan to make many of these recipes. Of course, I took some pictures of Chef Jason. This is how all classes should be.
On our way home, I decided to try the Night + Camera + Car = ART Technique. Basically, you set your camera to long exposure, get in a moving car at night, point your camera at some point of light, and shoot. You can also move the camera around as it is exposing to get different light trails. Take a loon at the rest of the long exposure fun. You’ll probably see one of these again as it will probably be my picture of the week, unless something better comes along at the Iron Chef Party.
